    It's Oh-toe-san Namikaze, from the OVA (Original Video Animation) 'Konoha Sports Day Festival', and not necessarily a ghost because this OVA is supposed to be a kind of a parody.

    I giggled when I read that cause in sciency language, OVA means egg cell :D :D
    No, I've not seen it, I've strictly stuck with the Narutos you directed me to, with the exception of maybe 3 or 4 fillers in Shippuden

    That's funny... Naruto egg cell (OVA), LOL!!!! They're just animation clips much like the filler episodes, mostly stupid. However, there was one I wanted to show you which was somewhat interesting.

    By the way, Jafooly is asking whether you'll be going to school tomorrow or not.
