Blahh and Woot!

This weeks Dexter was rather blah :(

BUT but but....

I'm about 15 minutes into Rise of the Planet of the Apes....and if you are a fan of the original, you ought to download it, as it's pretty f'n awesome so far...

AND....Dick is in it! :D

  3. YES it was!
    Because...

    1. I LOVE movies where the downtrodden rise up and hit back.
    2. Being that the downtrodden were animals in this case, made me root for them even more.
    3. I was totally blown away by the original movies and book...and this being a prequel (a well-made, awesome acting prequel) to the movie and book, I was already excited about it
    4. The character of Ceaser was PERFECT!

  4. Okay. I'm done watching the movie, and I have to say... yes, it was good. The plot was pretty captivating and acting was great! Though I'm not too much of a fan of animals, I really did feel sorry for the apes... I mean testing animals with experimental drugs happens in real life and everything.

No Naruto this week... Amazingly, I'm not disappointed at all.

You were right about Dexter (and his brother being a figment of his imagination). They're not moving the plot forward at all!!!!! No thrills or surprises!!!! What the heck...

  5. Mmhmm.....I was thinking a lot about that conversation we had about animal testing when I watched that movie....Btw...did you ever read The Plague Dogs? I had no idea about all the side-affects of animal testing until I read that book..

Really? No Naruto? I didn't even bother to look for it this week cause these fillers are just so arrghhh and blah >:(

Stupid Dexter....Mebbe something will happen? Mebbe this is the calm before the storm? Mebbe...just mebbe...
