Ok..been 24 hours since I had a cig...meanwhile ive been sucking on nic lozenges, sucking on straws, pens, or a pencil, and lots of gum chewing...at the same time...so now that my mouth is occupied, Ive no idea what the hell to do with my hands...always feel like holding something...any suggestions?

ReplyDeleteWOW... that's quite a big step!!! Sounds like you're going cold turkey. The headaches... OUCH! I really hope you do feel better soon, and this probably explains your absences. The students kept asking about you, and I told them that you weren't feeling well; some of them mentioned "Salamaat".
By the way, I'm not sure if you noticed the dark clouds at morning today. Don't think it's going to rain anytime soon... but I had to mention.
