Good girl!

So I've been a very good girl for the last three days. Here's why:

1. I've ran 20 minutes (interval running so 2 mins jog 1 min run fast n so on) on dreadmill all three days.

2. The kitchen has been de-nomnomed....ie all the yummy food (bread chips sweets rice carbs fried stuff) is gone. Surviving on soup, oats, bran, n fruits n veg (in moderation)

As a result, in these three days I went from 74.4 to 73.0
Dad's gone for the next 3 weeks so inshallah hope to keep it up.
I noticed I have a lot of energy suddenly. Cleaned, oiled, n filled my tires with air today and will try and ride tonight n hope I don't get into trouble!

    Unfortunately, I am still sick so I have not been able to exercise for the last couple of days. Oh, I had a Big Mac for lunch yesterday (no fries or Coke), but I had McDonald's after many many months. By the way, they don't have any Chicken/Caesar Salads here in Isloo. Nav and I were thoroughly disappointed :(

  3. I know man, you're too sick right now, concentrate on getting well. Thats so mean they dont have proper salad there man! wtf! No salad at all??

  4. P.S. - junk food is great once in a while or then one would go crazy and eat EVERYTHING IN SIGHT

    Btw, at some point last night I felt terribly weak and had a huge sugar craving. Made juice and that fixed it. Also, I stopped using artificial sweetener in my coffee and switched to honey. It tastes good!
