Watcher's Block?

Okay... so, I've started to watch all these great Anime series.... and with the exception of Naruto/Shippuuden, I've been to unable to finish anyone of them.

For example, the death of a 'certain' character in Death Note left me completely dumbstruck, and all hopeless! Dumb reason? Definitely!!!!!! But I still can't bring myself to sit down, open the Death Note folder on my laptop, and complete watching it. It's a similar situation with all the other series. It's too bad, because they really do have awesome story lines and characterization.

Really Funny Dream!!!

Okay... so I had his really bizarre dream the other day. I was at school and suddenly T.Heyam calls me into her office and requests that I take Grade 9 Physics for only two weeks. I agree to it and then I ask her to show me the Grade 9 classroom as I don't know where it is. She takes to me the classroom in the Mutawassith section, and guess which two strange people I find amidst the Al Bayan girls. That's right... Hitsugaya Taicho/Captain (with his black kimono and white coat) and Aburame Shino.

As T. Heyam and I are walking back to her office, I say, "So... Hitsugaya Taicho is in the Grade 9 class that I will be teaching. Hmmm... ". (The funny thing is... it doesn't even cross my mind that there were two BOYS in the classroom!!!!!!!)

Then T. Heyam says back, "Don't mind Hitsugaya. I know he's a Captain but he's still a young child and needs to complete his education. But if there is a sudden call of duty right in the middle of your lesson, then you need to let him go immediately!!"

"But won't that disrupt my lessons?" I say.

That's all I remember!!!!!!!!!! LOL!

Also, did my time today and yesterday (20 mins--1.5km)...I'll try to do some more tonight, it's becoming a little addicting, or maybe I'm just wayy too bored...And I've been watching what I eat as well (I had two raw tomatoes for dinner yesterday...twas gross)

Just finished watching HP7. Wow, it was pretty good and very emotional with the deaths and everything; watching the movie brought forth from the depths all those memories and the reasons why I loved HP in the first place.

It all, does indeed, ends here... there's no more Harry Potter stuff to look forward to anymore.

Finished with Dexter

So..I finished with Dexter, up to and including season 6, ep 1....here is what I am up to now:

1. I'm downloading "The Office"..I've watched til about season 5 (it was a couple years ago, but I really enjoyed it, being a fan of the original Brit series) so am downloading S6...

2. I started reading the Naruto manga online...from the beginning as I don't want to spoil it for myself...I see what you meant about reading it right to left Naushy, it had me confused for a bit...

3. I'm downloading a game called "Eden Eternal"...It's sorta like Warcraft meets Anime...Tho I'm not sure my internet would be fast enough for it, but we'll see..Also, it's free so that bit's appealing :D

on a side note, I ran for 20 mins today, 1.2 km....Feels good :)

Oh man Naushy, I stayed up the whole night watchin the first season of Dexter...I slept at 6 am :O

That is SO cool that you're into it as well (shhh don't tell me anything!) I love the inner monologues he has with himself and how he makes sure that the person is really guilty (unlike stupidass Kira) It's slightlyyyy disappointing in the sense that there are no surprises so far really...like for example when they first showed his brother..the first time he told Dexter's sister that his mom died in front of him and something about how the pieces weren't there, I knew he was the killer (im sure you did too)...also it was obvious early on that the ice killer was related to dexter as he knew things about him that a regular dude wouldn't know...so that part kinda sucks cause I love being surprised and shocked :D  But it's still really good man, and it's FUNNY in a macabre way (I lmao when Masooka was onto him and he goes in his head, "That's it, no more doughnuts for Masooka" lolol!!)

So...my net, while it is working..is too slow lately to play WoW...I was so crap bored that I ran on the treadmill for 12 minutes and about 0.8 Km...but I'm glad I did cause I feel good and my heart's not returned to normal even tho it's been half an hour since I stopped (not sure if that is good or bad?)

Google Search: Ramen + Jeddah

Since everyone minus Jafooly were so interested in Ramen today at school, I decided to put in the keywords Ramen + Jeddah in the Google search bar. Guess what, I found a resturant called "Ohayo", and the description says -

"The Ramen (original Japanese noodles) selection is unlike any other in this part of the world and Ohayo offers a dazzling variety of it from beef, vegetables and seafood."

Judging by the description, it's not wholly clear whether they offer the Naruto-style Ramen. Still interesting though... maybe they'll even have non-alcoholic sake :)

.... I'm about to find out. I had such a HORRIBLE day at school today and still feel royally pissed about it. Shall we make a list of all the craziness...?

• My schedule is completely crazy on Saturdays; I hardly had any time to drink my coffee or eat lunch today.
• The whole desk rearrangement predicament; they're treating us as if we're inside a coop and are happily/readily able to accept as many chickens as they could stuff together.
• The Nooras' problem...
• Since my regular driver permanently decided to ditch my ride home because of the new school timings, me and Jafooly had to wait outside for 25 min in the scorching Jeddah heat.
• The Assisticant with all her 'advice' on exactly what I should and should not do while correcting homework. And that's not the end of it.... I'll probably have to deal with number one about all my 'mistakes' and 'inefficiencies' tomorrow.
• One of my mum's acquaintances died today.

I am mentally drained and physically exhausted. I really hope I can work out for at least 10 minutes today, Insha'Allah.

Since, it's the weekend....

... I'll try doubling my exercise efforts to make up for the two days I didn't work out. I've already done 15 minutes on the elliptical and burned about 200 calories, and hopefully can pull off another 15 minutes later today.

Man I really don't feel like workin out BUT i'm going to cause man, its just 10 minutes..and also cause I like the way my legs are lookin :D

Hey All (and by 'all', I mean you, Naushy..on account of the laziness of the Jafooly and the Nooras)

I'm proud to say I ran for 10 minutes today usin the 'Walk Away the Pounds' video...I also made a special playlist of songs that are upbeat to run to and I listened to them while I ran...It was slightly easier today than it was the last time I ran...I hope some stamina is being built inside me!

Yesterday I ran for about 10 minutes...this morning, having had dinner the night before, man I feel full BUT I still rode my bike for 5 minutes..which sucks but its better than nothing...Seems I have energy in the morning IF I don't eat dinner the night before (Fundy made Satay with peanut sauce for his family and sent some up for us)

I've done my time... y'all!!!!!

The key is consistency, which I sorely lack. I hope we can do this!!!!!!! (Insha'Allah)

OMG....I'm on Ep 35 of Naruto Shippuden....and just...omg...

Firstly...I got emotional for the first time ever....during the episodes of Gaara dead and the old woman bringing him back to life (double omg as Sakura is actually USEFUL now!)

Secondly.....I felt a lil creeped out for the first time watching Naruto when I watched the episodes of the guy who made puppets out of real people...that was super freaky...it would have been really cool if they showed the back story of how he first started making human puppets, but perhaps it would have been way too much...I almost screamed when I saw the puppets of his parents cause I initially thought he killed them as well :O

Thirdly...damn Naushy...some of the language! The F word...the P word...and my mouth fell all the way open and stayed that way for some time when i heard the D word :O (not at the word itself but the context in which it was used)  I dunno how they aired this in the States aimed at kids, cause this show is most def NOT for kids...not Shippuden anyways....

Man, I love it though Naushy! So much better than the fillers, I see what you meant....Though i really enjoyed some of the fillers, My fav one was the one about the guy who had the funeral and Naruto wasn't allowed to laugh...I watched that one twice, it was hysterical!

Ok...I'm on episode 139......I just want to voice my opinion here because I feel very passionate about it...I seriously seriously think...that Sakura should stop trying to be a ninja, quit chasing after a guy who doesn't give a damn about her and whom she doesn't even really know, find a nice ordinary looking guy from the village and marry him. I'm sorry Naushy, she just...omg...she pisses me off so much! And it's not that she's a girl, I mean, that girl from the Sand village kicks major ass....its just that there's nothing ninjaesque about Sakura at ALL...I mean she makes all this fuss about how shes going to rescue Sasuke (who does not even WANT to be 'rescued' by the way) from Orochima, and then when she sees Orochima face to face (thats the part where I'm at now, I paused it to vent to you) whats the first thing she does? Oh, what a surprise, she falls to her knees, drops her weapon and starts crying......

And while we're on the subject of Sasuke, yeah, ep 132-135 were meant to be emotional but seriously, Sasuke might have started out as a good kid, but now he's pretty much turned into his brother...I can see him slaughtering a whole village if it will help him get his revenge and he would still not see the irony in what he has become...So really, let him go to Orochima and get what he deserves...I do feel really really bad for Naruto though, but even he should give up on Sasuke now
